CONFRONTATION

WITH

BILL LIBLICK

Daytime audiences love to watch reality based talk and judge shows. Take the elements of those two hot properties and add a renowned therapist, legal expert, an unpredictable host, and you have CONFRONTATION WITH BILL LIBLICK, a place where disputes are heard and settled in the unconventional way.

Today's hosts' act as nothing more than mediator's between their guests and the live studio audience. Even though it's not hard to guess what their true feelings might be, the majority of hosts try to remain as neutral as possible. To this we say with no reservations whatsoever enough! It's time for a talk show with a host who takes a stance. It's time to let someone represent the way the majority of us feel. It's time to let Bill Liblick be in the middle of a confrontation.

In segment one, our cameras take you to the place of the confrontation. Everyone always asks, where do these people come from, well that's exactly what we are going to show you. First, the confronter(s) will make their charge, then our cameras take you to the soon to be confronted for their side of the story

The next segment, the lightning round, takes place before our studio audience where the two sides meet, and confront each other for the first time. Bill Liblick is in the middle. Bill calls it as he sees it, as the audience joins in. This proves to be a lively segment as the battle lines are drawn and explode.

After a commercial break, our resident therapists and legal consultants come out to offer their advice and solutions. Bill's views may differ with the experts. When it comes to therapists Bill says, "They read other people's books and tell you how to live your life, without looking at their own." As for lawyers, "they are full of it, we are dealing with real life not legalities." This proves to be an interesting segment between Bill, the guests, audience, and those making the initial confrontation.

As it should be, in the final segment, it's the audience and Bill who will decide who is right and who is wrong. It will be our audience who hands out its expert advice. A jury of their peers will judge our guests, as it should be. Bill will deliver outrageous sentences/and or resolutions, which will always be unpredictable, in an effort to solve the confrontation.

If it is a relationship issue, and Bill believes both sides are wrong, he may send the couple to Washington, DC, to visit the House of Representatives, "because they are the only ones who screw things up more than the two of you."

Or if it is a case of where the entire panel is lying, Bill may order them to "plant cherry trees and learn from George Washington."

Or if it is a wife who complains that she is not getting enough sex from her husband, because he is too busy playing games on his computer, he may be ordered to the "bedroom to learn new games and tricks with his wife."

No matter what the issue, "CONFRONTATION WITH BILL LIBLICK" will handle it, and make it exciting. The show will include a wide range of issues from relationship, legal, to political. The situations and the final resolutions will always be unpredictable, and end the show on an entertaining note.

People want to see this man. He elicits an emotional response from viewers and it's totally immaterial what the topic is. He fights for us, not against us. And when he does, it's simply great entertainment.

The audience will, for obvious reasons, be treated with respect and will sit like everyone else on the show. The layout of the set will give the viewer an "us verses them" type of feeling.

Why Bill Liblick you may ask? Take the outrageousness of Joan Rivers, the journalistic skills of Barbara Walters, and the compassion of Sally Jessy Raphael, the boldness of Judge Judy, and you've got Bill Liblick, "except I have the balls."

Most people agree with what Bill has to say one can't help but smile when Bill goes on the attack. Why? Because he says what most of us are thinking, only he says it better than we could ever say it ourselves.

Bill is the captain of the "Common Man Team." He is one of us. He can relate to the audience like no one else on the air. Why? Because the audience is where Bill came from. Just ask Sally or Phil or Montel or Geraldo or Faith or Jane or Ricki or Joan. They'll be happy to tell you who Bill Liblick is. They should. He's the first audience member to become the subject of a booking war. When their show began to drag, they headed right for Bill's seat and let him take over. The pace of the show quickly changed as they stood back and smiled. Suddenly, guests were put on the defensive and the live audience is wildly applauding in support.

Bill has the ability to take any topic, no matter how boring or mundane and turns it into something special. He's proven it on national television over three hundred (300) times!

Bill is known throughout the country as the Judge on Ricki Lake where he delivers outrageous and downright funny sentences. And high ratings!!

He has also appeared as himself on the ABC sitcom "Maybe This Time," starring Marie Osmond and Betty White, where he played an "In Your Face" talk show host.

The man can elicit an emotional response from anybody he gets into a discussion with. Voices are immediately raised. Battle lines are quickly drawn. Bill Liblick could make the Pope feel defensive. At this point, you are probably thinking Bill is nothing more than an exaggeration, a figment in the mind of an overzealous Producer. Want proof? How many talk show audience members do you know that have been invited back to the program as a featured guest on the panel? Ask Sally, It was one of her highest rated shows. Ask Joan. She was on the floor as was her audience. Want more? Read the recent front-page article written on Bill in the Wall Street Journal. Or, check out the segments done on Mr. Liblick on Dateline NBC, Inside Edition, Entertainment Tonight, Good Morning America, and Chronicle. Read the major piece written on Bill in New York Magazine.

"CONFRONTATION WITH BILL LIBLICK" gives the audience something it has never had before. It's own show. Today we hear, "did you see the topic on Oprah yesterday?" Tomorrow we will hear, "did you see what Bill Liblick said on confrontation yesterday?" Those other talk shows are clamoring for bill to sit in their audience for a reason. They want those magic moments on their program that bill brings to the table. CONFRONTATION will have that magic moment for an hour a day, Monday through Friday. "Quiet" is one thing the show will never be. If a guest needs to be told to 'shut up and get a life', Bill is just the man to do it. He has no problem getting his point across, mainly because of a unique talent. The man is basically uninterruptable. More importantly, he makes sense and does so quite intelligently. He's outrageous, he's fun, and about as likable as one can get. Maybe we should just listen to Greg Kinnear of the "E" Channel's "Talk Soup" who said on the air; "somebody should give this guy his own talk show." No doubt about it. It's time to get, CONFRONTATION.
